Spring in Bloom!

Hi Everyone, I will delve into Spring Beauty & Our Connection with Nature in this blog

As the season gets warmer, I find myself drawn to the ritual of spring-cleaning my living spaces, creating fresh positive energy, and making space for peace, abundance, and harmony.

My favorite thing is to see is grass thrive and grow vibrantly green and flowers bloom in their beautiful environment.

Flowers are similar to people, in my opinion. Both flowers and humans need photosynthesis and connection to grow and flourish.

Flowers have connections with bees, which ensures pollination remains natural and prosperous. Connection is organic and primal, which is why humans need it. It was never intended for us to be alone. Conversations and connections are meant to be shared between people.

For me, nature is important as a way of viewing or relating to yourself.

An emotional connection to nature is called nature connectedness or nature relatedness. Which means creating a bond with nature. An individual can be more inclined to care for and protect the environment, will feel connected. This can evoke positive emotions such as: calmness, joy and creativity.

If your asking yourself how you can build a emotional relationship with nature. Be appreciative of the wonders of Mother Nature. See the good things among the outdoors. Listen to the trees, birds and be still when with nature.

There are three components that makeup nature's connectedness

  1. Cognitive-  is the core of how one feels about nature

  2. Affective- is the essence of the individual's care for nature

  3. Behavioral- is the act or commitment to nature

Thank you!
