Share Gratitude & Be in the now!

 Hi Everyone,

I hope you're having a Great Morning/Night!

In this blog, I will discuss being present and creating gratitude in your life

I hope you stick around and enjoy what I have to say on this topic.

As I look at moments or times in my life where I was genuinely happy or content.
The word that pops up in my mind with enthusiasm is being present.

I have this motto I like to repeat to myself: "Be in the moment before the moment turns into a memory". This phrase helps me see life around me calmly and gracefully.

I like to think, ponder and understand the here and now.

Being grateful, thankful, and appreciative of life experiences, and people are so important because you realize how precious the minutes, and hours are in any day.

Try your best to slow down and be in the immediate presence of the moment

Experiencing life authentically and humanly will help you envision the beauty of everyday living and support the excitement about living life to your heart's content.

If you have a hard time being present. Take it day by day. Learning the art of being present and sharing gratitude for what you have in this lifetime and in the next will take some time.

I suggest, writing down three things in your day you look forward to, what you are grateful for, or simply writing the good vibes or positivity around you.

In time, gratitude will in turn become a lifestyle change and eventually feel like second nature for you.

The wonderful insights that a zen moment can show,  are calm attentiveness and a state of inner intuition, reflection, and meditation.

Being in a zen moment means a number of things for any individual.  It can mean, being one with yourself, or accepting and inviting all the peaceful energies.

Enjoy and embrace where you are mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Be kind to yourself, Everything happens for a reason.
