Personally I find it helps when I take a moment for myself especially when i'm overwhelmed or in a mental rut. It allows me to process and understand how i'm feeling and why i'm feeling that way. Why I brought this up is because when i'm in that type of headspace trying to process and reflect on my emotions. I have been graviating towards mediatations as of lately.
I like to listen to mediatations all kinds at night, in the morning. It's great! Recently I've tuned in to Reiki mediatations in the mornings and afternoons. I absolutely love it! I feel energized and refreshed everytime I listen to it. The whole definition and meaning of Reiki wellness practice meditation is to stay in the present moment. Let the positive energy of the mediatation audio guide and flow through you.
